Cocker Spaniel - Ebony - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog
Ebony arrived at our shelter on 10/15/12. Age: 4 yrs Size: 19.8 lbs. Ebony was adopted from our local shelter in xxxx, the parents stepped up and surrender him said was their daughters dog and they did not want, not sure of the reason. With the condition of his coat he was and outside dog. So very badly matted on his ears and legs, tummy his back was smooth. Shelter put his weight at 32.6 lbs. When we obtained him had to shave down to start him over then when I took him to the vet for shots his weight was as above. He is microchipped. Very friendly and outgoing, leash trained and rides well in car or truck, liked my lap so had to put him in a crate on the ride home from the vet. He does have a tail. HWT was negative and we will start him on prevention 11/4/12. We are crate training him at this time. Doing very well. Adoption fee $30.00
